I received this product about 6-8 months before this review. I recently opened a new individually wrapped butterfly the other day, I was able to wind it up and play with it one time, the second time I went to wind it up I got about 10 turns in and the band snapped.
They are pretty cool overall though, the colors they use are vibrant and somewhat realistic. The package comes with 5 individually wrapped butterflies. My cats defiantly get excited when I use this to play with them. I can see them being a great thing to put into a birthday card, book, or wrapped present. Although for as many times as is required to twist them up before use(60+ times) it only “flies” for about 3-5 seconds. So I don’t go to these very often to play with.
