Contrary to expectations, what I received was actually rather well constructed. The hilts are very sturdy. The blades are well affixed, and the lights are crisp and bright. My daughter squeals with joy when we bring them out for her. Some of the sound effects seem a bit off, but I was very surprised by the overall value and quality of this product.
