I’ve had it for a few months now and haven’t had any technical problems at all. It lights up as it should and it looks very cool when being used! It lights up at first when you put your device on to be charged.the magic array wireless charger came with a charging cable, that's the real magic.I received one as a gift, and thought it was very neat. I have one at home and one at my office. It works well with the iPhone X, and seems to charge pretty quick. I really have no complaints. the build quality is good, and works as advertised.    Purchased for my husband who is a huge Zelda fan since the beginning. This product did not disappoint. It’s truly stunning and a MUST for Zelda fans! I read some reviews complaining about the charging but it charges both our phones just fine you just need to remove the phone cover when charging and place phone on the middle of the platform. The sounds only come on when you place the phone down. No technical issues of any kind, it’s perfect!!
