While not as ornate as some others I've seen, it certainly worth. I've always wanted one of these since I was a kid and this one is a great "starter model". It comes with a 7-watt night light that clips into it from the bottom, but I knew that wouldn't be bright enough, so I put in an LED flicker bulb to give the lights a pulsating effect. While still not really bright, it looks great in a dimly lit room. I also have a tubular 2-watt LED bulb that is the equivalent of a 25-watt incandescent that I have to try in it, but I'll probably end up sticking with the flickering one because I like the effect.

The lights brightened the rooms with gentle holiday colors and were/are perfect for nightlights. It is now the middle of January and they are still being used. My husband asked for ours to remain because it is so pretty. Only complaint I might have, the star-topper is loose so that it can be removed for packing but it really isn't a problem. If it were to be glued in place it could very well break the tree if not repacked for storage. So, not a problem. I plan to order a few more. Very happy with them.

It arrived in less than a week - perfectly packed for shipping and nicely finished. I have never been happier with an online purchase. I am usually very critical when examining a new purchase. I could find no fault with the tree. In fact it exceeded my expectations. For those people that complain about ceramic tree lights not being bright enough, I recommend using an LED replacement bulb that will fit in the holder that are 15 or 25 watt equivalent. These bulbs are available on Traby with the C12 candelabra base.
