This product is very good for repairs of scratches or tears on vinyl or leather furniture. The only trick that you have to master is the color match of the furniture (of course if it is black there is no guessing). There is a chart included with the colors to be mixed to approximate the color you need, however you must try small amounts, taking care of the proportions you use to match the color, until you get the right match. Once you have the right color match you must apply it fairly fast, as the product starts drying. Very good product for the price unless you want to pay a professional to repair your furniture, I will try this first and if you are not satisfied with your result, you may then call a professional to do the repair for you.

I had a tear approximately 1 cm in my leather car seat that I was able to repair almost perfectly using this kit. I've had it repaired for a few weeks now and the glue/colour has held up well. On the final coat definitely apply the textured paper as directed (using Vaseline so the paint doesn't stick) to get the best results. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.
