I expected it so it didn't shock me too much when I first saw it but after taking it out of the packaging it fluffed up with a little bit of massaging. I added some extra stuffing so that its more even. I also steamed out the outside to get rid of the wrinkles. A good deal for a plushie this size. I would definitely buy it again.
