   I love this notebook to death! it works like a binder and a spiral bound notebook. Also, I love how there is a pen holder that is detachable. In order to open the the binder to refill it, you must detach the pen holder then push the clear tip down. Then you close it by just pushing the rings together. I hope this helps.

   I love this Kokuyo Campus Smart Ring Binder because its convenient. I use a fountain pen for writing usually and the paper that fits in this product is high quality. It does not bleed nor spread through the paper. The cover is water resistant and it protects the notebook. The mechanism on the edge is easy to use and open. Very smart idea, and it is great because I hate having notebooks where I can't remove a page that I feel I want to redo without having less paper to work with in total.

   I do not know what the problem is but I literally had to get a mechanical engineer to get this loaded with paper. It is great once its together. I think maybe a 5 year old could help. It is all written in Japanese OBVS, but the thing is pretty the paper is my idea of the perfect paper, albeit expensive, to take notes like in a bible study group or garden club notes etc. not one you could take lots of notes or you will broke buying paper refills. Its nice really but the thing really is a devil to open.

   Came in tip-top condition. I was surprised that it came with paper (but that was probably just me because I didn't read all of the info provided for this product). The color is super lovely (as shown); the cover was more flexible than I thought but that was expected since it's quite thin. I love that I can bring it anywhere; doesn't take up much space. It's super easy to clip and unclip the rings, and the paper quality is excellent as well. I use this binder specifically for one of my classes, and it's been holding up wonders. I'll definitely be getting another one, but maybe in another color.
