   This is the first time that I own a night vision binoculars, but it is not the first time I try one. In fact, my experience comes from a military gadget a friend working with the DEA showed me. I never expected this one to have the same quality (my friend's binocular cost around $8000). But I was amazed with the power of this one. I tried it in different places nearby where I live, testing the 3 IR modes. I can't believe how good I can see, even if there isn't a hint of light. I am still practicing with other features (like video) and using the online tutorials. I still haven't gone to any open terrain or forest, but last night my cat ran away. She is always hiding in the shadows of the condo parking, which is HUGE and very dark. Well, I used the binoculars--and voilá, there she was! :-) I am thrilled with my new "toy", and I can't wait for the pandemic to end so I can go exploring.

   I purchased as an early heist as gift for my husband. He went on a mule deer hunting trip in November 2020. He was super stoked when these arrived. He opened them in a hurry, put the batteries in and jammed outside to see if he could see the animals around our property. Yep!! He said he couldn’t wait to use them out in the field. He said they worked well and he was able to see deer with the night vision goggles from across the acres and acres of land. The pic quality is very good. Glad he was able to use them right away. It’s almost impossible to keep secrets. Definitely worth it!!

Personally I use this product for the night vision for my dog, for night walks in my area with lots of woods, and a very good side benefit which is security for my home and property. Two major things I would like to say about this product and the company Creative XP and also Amazon. First, I originally posted a poor review due to a shipping issue and not the product. Both Creative XP AND Amazon swiftly sent me a replacement package and I recieved it this morning. That speaks volumes about both Creative XP and Amazon Prime. Consider me a customer for life. Secondly, this product gets a 5 star rating immediately because of how EASY and USER FRIENDLY

   Honestly I was expecting something else. This isn’t the companies fault it’s my own. I thought that I would be getting these amazing binoculars with crystal clear pics. I didn’t know that these binoculars as well as all the competing brands are really just like having a mini camcorder that has night vision. That’s really all it is. The day viewing is not good at all. Because you need to realize that your literally looking at a low quality video screen.

   Received today the binoculars at 4:30 AM and my wife almost called the police when saw someone in the yard:) anyway I opened the package searched for 8 AA batteries - some remotes will not work, and tried inside the house with the lights off and I could see everything, amazing. Then I went outside to my backyard and behind my house is a large creek with a swamp no houses no lights and is amazing how much life in that area, saw deer and other small animals which I'm not sure if was a fox or a skunk and by the way skunk 3 my lab 0, she already got sprayed 3 times. For gen 1 this NV is great and the fact is a binocular gets my 5 stars. The 32 GB SD card came with an adapter so we can plug in an iphone a see the video or the pictures, I'm sure works with an Android phone as well.

   Hands down the best night vision in this class. Pictures and video saved to SD card do not do the actual viewing quality justice. I will be uploading shots of the screen later. If your on the fence just go for it, you will not be disappointed. I am usually very skeptical of stuff like this in this price range considering what other units cost but I took a chance based on other reviews and absolutely love them. Bought them for my wife but the clarity and brightness are better than my NV scope. They are a little heavy for prolonged use but if your stationary use a tripod/monopod and problem solved. I can not overstate how great these are, can see in absolute darkness clear as day up to a known 200 yard tree line.

   This product is as advertised. The night vision works very well and the distance as advertised is correct, although on the outer end of the distance the picture is fuzzy but you can still make an object out, but for the cost it is impressive you can see that far at night and this usage was with overcast skies...no moon or stars providing light. The focus does well as within it's limits you can easily see what the object is. So far this product has performed very well...it is too early to judge the reliability but does have a rugged feel and is sealed well against moisture / water.
