I am a newly licensed cosmetologist and have been doing hair from my home since I started Cosmetology school. This product is perfect for all ages, sizes and hair lengths. Even though I have a towel on the floor in my picture 99.9% there are no spills or leaks if you adjust the cushions properly as instructed. I use an adjustable computer chair for my clients while shampooing at my kitchen sink and it's a sweet setup. My only complaint is that the buttons that snap the basin around the neck eventually break. I use mine on average twice a week, so it's not in heavy rotation and I've already lost 3 snaps. At this point the available snaps are too tight for all of my clients so I now have to buy another one. I don't like that but I did get my money's worth from the first one and I don't want to be ghetto and put a safety pin on it.

Smart design! The channels move the water away from the head and into the sink. Soft and comfortable around the neck of the person being washed and also for the person washing -- no hard edges to bang your knuckles on while washing their hair. I do wish they made a version that was all foam instead of inflatable. Some may find it nice to be able to deflate for storage, but I'd rather have something that was ready to use without having to inflate and can just be thrown in the closet when done. Still, this is the best option I've found so far and I'm glad I got it.

And I can also sit in my wheelchair at the sink so the hose can be used making it easier for the person washing.
