Says that while cubes take longer to freeze due to larger size they are exactly perfect for drinks, easy to remove from trays and allows for less ice in a glass. Son prefers to sip Bourbon in a rock glass and these trays allow for a slow cool and perfect drink. Seller shipped, package arrived super fast. Can't say enough about this product.    I purchased this silicone ice trays because the plastic ones always crack and become brittle and ugly. These trays are very flexible, I love the color, and especially the size of the ice cubes. The pictures below show the ice cubes from the side and front so you can see just how big they are. These cubes shown here are not the exact size of the square. I only filled the squares about 75% full. When I use this ice tray, I only need one block per glass because the ice is so big and really keeps your beverage cold. Great product!

   I have several designed specialty ice cube makers and these are the easiest to use. (I still like the other types.) On my very first batch my ice cubes came out VERY CLEAR. Although there are some small bubbles of sorts and tiny foggy areas, that isn't bad for a standard refrigerator. Even if you aren't looking for clarity these will be amongst the easiest ice cube makers to use. Unlike the plastic or aluminum ice cube trays from the 1940's to now, you can easily use one ice cube at a time if you choose. Welcome to the FUTURE... you made it !!!

   We bought a pair of these and have been a hit for anyone who has come to our house and use these cubes. I like that one cube easily replaces many trays, so we bought two to replace 6 small white trays. I have learned to use filtered water and fill them no more than 90% to the top helps when you twist them to get them out. The material they are made of is very durable and tough, we use dawn dish soap and sponge to clean them, but they are holding up very well, would buy again, thinking of buying 1-2 more.

   Works great if you simply follow the instructions and pull out the cubes before the whole thing freezes solid. Compared to the cloudy blobs that you refrigerator normally makes, these cubes are amazing! Several reviewers – the cup is still 1% empty type - were apparently expecting laboratory quality results, and dissed the cubes badly for a few stray bubbles. The common thread was that you could do better by “freezing a big block inside of a small cooler & hand carving the perfect sized cubes.” If you’ve got that kind of time and energy to burn, good for you. If you just want effortless ice like you’ve never seen before, this is the tray for you.

   For years, I’ve been searching for a way to make the perfect clear ice cube. I just found it! I’ve purchased several different devices over the years that would make clear ice cubes and none of them worked! I tried distilled water, boiled water, water from Ethiopian glaciers, no luck! This device is super easy to use and makes Crystal clear cubes! The instructions suggested starting out freezing this for around 24 hours. I was only interested in getting the 10 square cubes and I was able to accomplish that with around 10 hours freezing time. Just be sure to do it over the sink since the bottom section will be mostly water. I’m really having fun with this! Thanks!!!
