It’s more heat and flame toward the middle so moving the meat around is necessary so it’s all cooked at once but it’s not a big deal. I use the hose to clean it off outside and then bring in the top to wash in the sink. I use paper towels to wipe down the rest outside. Easy to clean. We can fit four large burgers on it easy enough. It cooks fast for how small it is. We love it for the basics like steak, burgers, hot dogs, corn, etc. The price is perfect for not wanting a big investment piece.
