   As we had initially some issues with the product, we contacted Cheerwing Customer Service. Their service is just amazing and prompt. They really worked hard to solve my problem and issues with the product.
   Background: I bought this helicopter for my 7-year old son. He fell in love with his new helicopter right away. After an hour of practice, he started flying it very well. We had some technical issues with the helicopter, but as I mentioned above, Cheerwing customer service took care of the issues quickly. I totally recommend this product to anybody, and you can count on Cheerwing Customer Service for any issues.

I bought a landing pad to go with which makes it fun and challenging. Short battery life, but that seems to be par for the course in all these little models. For the price, why wouldn’t you get one if you’re interested!

Battery life is about 10-15 mins of constant use. Shooting nerf darts at the helicopter in flight is a great game for the boys!
