I definitely recommend using it on one that has some power to it. Be sure to wear safety glasses, because this thing will throw some serious man glitter.

I did not have anything over three inches in diameter, so I donâ€™t know about that. It was fast cleaning up my overgrown bank. The only thing I noticed is there is some torque to the blade when it gets going, be careful as you swing it back and forth. I attached it to my straight shaft Echo and it really did the job!

I would recommend getting a weedeater specifically for use with brush blade as going back and forth would be a pain in the @$$. Worth the money for sure.
