I have a 4 month old hip-to-hip incision, and the center part of that scar developed a lot of hard scar tissue. I can tell in just over 1 week of use that the scar is softening. The product is not oily, has no bad aroma, is easy to apply, and seems to be working. I will continue to use this product for the next 6 months to see what it can continue to do for this scar and for my older scars, but so far...pleasantly surprised.
