   My sister showed this cute little Groot to me. I love plants and unique pots. This is so absolutely adorable!! There is a small drainage hole see you can put a live plant but there will be drainage so I thought I needed to be a little creative so I added a clear plastic pot water drainer and some beautiful green moss. I added a photo. Side note: some people actually commented in their reviews that they believe this to be damaged because of the small drainage hole. I think live plants aren't safe with those people anyway 😂

   I am very happy with my purchase, excuse the dirty counter, but it was exactly what I wanted to spruce up my kitchen window area. I got the 2 pack and immediately went to go get a few plants. the cactus style was my best choice, low maintenance and still goes with a cute Groot theme. The hole in the planter goes all the way through to the bottom so I packed the bottom with gravel then put the dirt on top so that it will not drain dirt if it gets overwatered. If you are getting regular plants you might want to do the same thing or put it on some sort of plate so the water doesn't leak everywhere. Unless you are setting your Groots outside, then it doesn't matter but just a warning if you put him outside it will most likely fade a bit over time or get brittle. Since I used the cactus plants I do not have to worry about leakage through the bottom, since I only need to put a tablespoon of water in it every few days.

One slight factor to consider is that the model was quite a bit darker than I expected, but that takes nothing away from the sheer delight in seeing the smile when first seen.

   Nice product, as described. I use it in my aquarium, no paint flakes or untoward reactions with the fish. The hollow in the top is good for planting some green plants although you could anchor them in through the hole in the base of the hollow because the fish pull it out every now and then.
