I can easily go on my app and see right where he is and use my prerecorded voice to get him to come right back. The battery life is more than enough for a long day on the job and pop it back in the case and it’s ready for the next day.

It’s small and works outside of cell phone range. I tend to recharge it before each excursion because it doesn’t hold a charge for weeks. I also make sure to open the app and make sure the device is paired before i leave home. Sometimes there’s an update that will take 30-40 minutes. Customer service is prompt about helping solve issues.

I am very glad I purchased this tracker for my dog. He loves to go on walk about daily before I started using this tracker. The accuracy isn’t the best but there have been updates since I purchased and it is improving. The battery on the tracker can last about 2 days in between charges.
Over all it helps bring my dog home by playing the chime tone, and it’s better thank a shock collar.

Although this might be slightly more expensive initially, there is no monthly connection fee which really surprised me on other brands. In the long run this will be far less expensive and has many nice features. The range is terrific, and I know exactly where my dog is at all times on a very detailed map. I love the simple, elegant design, ease of attaching it on and off her collar, and relatively small size (compared to large, clunky trackers we see on other pets). This device has really given us peace of mind, too.

After about four days of doing this several times a day. I set him free! He wandered about a mile away, I could see him on the map. I played the tone and I could see him heading home on the map!
