   Our dog had gotten out at night and we didn’t know where to search. It was the next morning we learned she was just in our backyard the whole time unfortunately. So we purchased this for our other dog to just have a better idea of where he is at. This is not pin-point accurate but knowing if he is in the front or the back of the house helps out a lot.

   I have used this product for awhile now and it has reduced my stress immensely. I love that it rings when I hit the button on the remote. This has helped me find my cat many times. It is the most accurate pet finder I have used. I would 10/10 recommend this product. The tech support is amazing as well. I had issues with my tracker and they replaced it for me and it works perfectly. The battery last all day. I only let my cat out during the day and I charge it at night. The battery would not last for more than a day, but it charges very fast. This product has worked perfectly for me!

I have never figured out how to set the virtual fences. I really don't use any of that, but between the tracker and the app on my phone, I can go find my cat. After that, just open the app and give it a few seconds and it hones in on your dog. Has stay on collar securely. So far no issues or adjustments. Love that there is no regular maintenance/service fees. Just need to be in an area with cell phone signal.
