   I’ve been using resistance bands for tens years. With the “rubber” bands, I didn’t like that it snagged my clothes or my skin. With these resistance bands, they do not snag my clothes or skin. They are really well built and feel really sturdy. I also like that the hook and loops do not feel cheap and they are very sturdy. I didn’t realize that it comes with 2 sets of handles. That was a pleasant surprise. The “weight” label on each band is clear and legible and it is easy to differentiate between each band. Excellent packaging.

   This has been a game changer for me. I can use them any where I can find a moment to work out. Easy to use how much resistance I need to use. The bands are so well made that I have not concern about then breaking in the middle of my workout and if they do they have that awesome sleeves that will protect me from any danger. I am totally happy to use this product that I will buy another for My dad so he can also use it. I cannot recommend it enough. if you need something portable to work out this is the kind of resistance band that you will need. Now you don't have an excuse to not work out. Keep on moving!

   I’m very impressed! I was recently diagnosed with frozen shoulder, a pulled rotator cuff, tendonitis and bursitis. I started PT a week ago, but soon realized that the resistance bands I had at home would not allow me to replicate the PT exercises at home. I really want my shoulder to heal, so I started looking for better options and ran across this set. The bands are great! Using the door at either the top or the side, with the ability to use both handles or just one, is exactly what I need. I had gotten a simple door pulley system that used a rope with handles. There was no give to it, so I had to return it. This set is awesome! It has enough bands with it to allow me to move up as time moves forward with my PT. Definitely worth the money spent!

   I ordered these bands as a replacement for my old resistance bands they are simply amazing the set comes with many different accessories to accommodate you with any workout you would like to do. The bands protective sleeve works great when using the bands the sleeve will take some time to get use to because the bands will not extend to its full length due to the sleeves, but this will prevent you from popping the band overall a amazing product and price for what you receive in the set 5 star buy

   I was skeptical at first with resistance bands, so I like how these come with an additional covering over the actual bands. They work quite well, come with everything you need to do your workouts, and are good quality. They even come with a bag to store it all in. The resistance is a bit lower than expected if you are pulling from only one end. But pulling from both ends with one body part should be closer to the amount of resistance you are getting. I would recommend using these as supplemental resistance to dumbbells or weights as it would maximize peak contraction force. But if you are a beginner with working out, these resistance bands are a solid choice.

   After using these for two weeks, it is time for my opinion. I have another brand that I have used for two years. I purchased these because of the band cover. Upon first impression, the cloth cover is great quality but the hooks look cheap. They get the job done and I have grown to like the hooks because they are more quiet than my more expensive brand. These are easily portable. The weight seems slightly off from the band label but I always get in a great 30-40 minute workout. I gave this review 5 stars because I plan to purchase another set for a friend because I like the bands and grips.

   I've been exercising in gyms and clubs over the past 50 years, and I've had the opportunity to use a variety of exercise equipment. I most recently worked with a personal trainer at the University of New Mexico, and he recommended that I consider resistance bands for use at home. These bands are excellent. They're made of high quality material, and they're easy to use. I can do many of the same exercises using these bands that I was doing using exercise equipment. The bands can be securely attached to a closed door at various levels to allow for performing a variety of exercises. The bands have several levels of resistance, and the can also be combined and used together. There is an ankle attachment that attaches very securely to perform leg exercises. I had to contact their customer support when I misplaced my exercise booklet, and they responded quickly to my request. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

   I got these to use for the HEP (Home Exercise Program) for physical therapy. They are pretty sturdy. I like that there are two door attachments that come with the package. I use two different resistance band strength for my shoulder exercises. It's convenient that I don't have to switch out the band from the door attachment strap. I just leave the straps on the two bands I use the most. Makes switching working out a little easier and faster.
