So far, this is my favorite wrist brace. I wear this for osteoarthritis of the wrist, to protect it when it's inflamed, and it is suiting that purpose admirably. UPDATE: I had surgery for one wrist, the wrist I'd bought this for. I had to use my other wrist a lot more to compensate, and it developed problems. So I've bought a left-wrist model; that is how much I love this product.
