The diopter you choose is on the lens’s bottom, the middle is for progressive, the top is 0+.3.

Usually it takes a week to get used to wearing it. If you feel dizzys you should walk slowly
Since the two sides of the lens are astigmatic distorted areas, it is necessary to turn the neck and the eyeball at the sametime to see both sides.
When going downstairs, the glasses should be taken as low as possible to use the top area to see.
