   Loved this costume! It was such a hit at dog halloween party I went to. I purchased a medium and it fit true to size. My lhasa is a 15 pound dog with long legs and it couldn't have fit better. My little guy doesn't like hats and constantly tries to take them off but this costume comes with the ability to put their ears through and velcro under their chin which keeps it a little extra secure and I was even able to keep it on him for a good hour or so without having to re-adjust it. I wish the cape had an easier means to adjust it so that it would stay on the dog instead of sliding off to the side or dragging on the ground. I had to tie it in a knot close to my dogs neck but that became a pain when I had to undo it to take it off. Other than that it was such a cute costume, great price too!

   The sizing guide was really helpful and pretty accurate. The neck is a little large and the hat is also a little big but by wrapping the straps/Velcro areas we made it work. The pics were worth the price we paid for sure. Remy wasn’t thrilled wearing it but he didn’t freak out. He left it on for about 20 minutes which is fine with me. The quality is pretty good considering the lower price. Some stray threads but nothing structurally wrong with it at all. I can’t quite figure out the caps thing that came with it so I left it off. All in all we are pleasantly surprised and very happy with the overall quality! For reference we bought a medium for a 19 lb cavapoodle. He has an 11” neck, 17 inches neck to tail and 18” chest circumference. Small would have been too small.

Maybe like half an inch so his paws some time slip out but that’s not bad at all. We’re not sure what breed he is but he does look like a corgi mix with a jack Russell if that helps with sizing

I put it on the cat one Saturday morning, let him get used to it and then opened the bedroom door to let him jump on the bed with my boyfriend, who was asleep, as a surprise. It worked well! The outfit stays on but the hat is a little harder to keep on. We've put it on him a few more times as well.
