As an occupational therapist who works in the school setting with young children, it is difficult to find a way to motivate boys especially to use the toilet. This has been a great way to address the motivational factor that so influences the readiness of a toddler to transition out of using a diaper or pull-ups in a fun way. The funny thing is the first time my son saw it he thought it was a toilet that he could sit on to go #2 in and he tried to sit on it. I love it! My little boy loves to hit the target and he is now fully trained. He still loves to use it so I just keep it up. The only thing I did not like was the suction. It struggled to stay in place. Sometimes I’d come into the bathroom and the urinal would be on the floor, urine and all. So I used a nail to hang it on. It worked so much better for me than the suction cups.
