He still needed assistance with sitting on the toilet and pulling a step stool to reach our toilet. When I saw this urinal I didn’t think it would be of good purchase to my surprise it was a nice purchase. I would definitely RECOMMEND AND HAVE RECOMMENDED IT to friends and family in the last few days. The orange target inside the urinal is genius. My child likes to aim and gets excited when he sees he made it move.

I was hesitant about getting this but I am SO HAPPY I did. I started potty training my son right before he turned 3 but it seemed hard for him to aim into his little Elmo toddler toilet. The day this arrived I immediately disinfected it and stuck up on my bathroom wall (which is tile) and showed my son how to use it and viola! He got it on that first try and has been using his little urinal ever since! Super easy to just pick up (the part not hanging from suction cups) and empty out in the toilet that my son has started to empty it out himself now too on occasions. So HAPPY I purchased this.

He was constantly holding his bladder even though we had him try every 30 mins. He would go through the motions but never go. After hours nothing, we gave in & put on a pull up because it was either that or he would soil the underwear. His grandmother decided to take him outside in the backyard & guess what he went. Other comments complain about the spinner not spinning, but you don’t want the spinner to actually spin. Trust me...I whittled down the ends so it would spin only to have pee fly back at my son! Oops! A little hot glue fixed it back to normal spin speed. Don’t rely on the suction cups or sticker hooks it comes with-just use a nail or push pin. It’s easy enough to take down and put up when needed. It’s the perfect size for a little boy. Easy to dump and rinse out. I’d definitely recommend.
