I Get lots of compliments.
Positioning the pot to float over the base is quite tricky at first. You have to gingerly hold the pot on the center until you " feel" the magnet grab the pot. If not, the pot gets magnetically pulled at the base with strong force.
I'd use a pre- bonsai tree and tremendously trimmed it's root ball to fit the small pot. Lost most of it's leaves but it acclimated well enough that it's growing again.
