   I had seen this in UK multiple times and always laughed because it looked so silly, but time marched on and soon vanity overcame embarrassment. Good thing it did because this thing is worth every penny. It comes "loaded" with the heaviest weight (at least, mine did the gold one) so I switched it out for the easiest, but I've gotten better, so since then I've taken the recommendation of another reviewer and I taped another one to it, and I'm soon going to progress to the third. But there is NO QUESTION that my face both looks and feels better. I've gotten my jawline back! I like this so much I'm getting one for my sister's 50th birthday. Don't hesitate this thing is great.

Thus the whole 30sec Twice a day won't get you far. It ended up becoming easier and I tied all the weights together to make it challenging. I am very happy with the products results!

   I usually work out constantly so my body looks young but my face is starting to sag specially my jaw line and my neck, I hope this works the muscles that I can't exercise at the gym!! I purchased this product 3 weeks ago, so far so good it is easy to follow the exercise routine since it just takes a little time. On the instructions it says to detach and wash the mouth piece every time, this piece is not so easy to remove so instead I cover it with a piece of tissue paper every time I use it so I don't have to wash it.

   I purchased this while vacationing in UK this past Xmas.
   It does look funny, but it works. I could see a difference in my jaw line after 7 days of continuous use.
   The only drawback is that you must do it regularly to make it work. A mere purchase will not magically lift your face.
   Another pet peeve is that the mouthpiece gets a bit loose as time goes by.
