This pen looks fantastic and draws lots of questions from people. I'm not the best at calligraphy but I do enjoy just writing like normal with it. It still takes time and you will either have to buy cartridges or just use ink. I prefer drawing the ink up as it is more old fashioned, but it took some time for me to find a store that sold it because I wanted to buy it the day of instead of waiting for stuff to come in online. After a few weeks of writing it still works great although I don't use it that much

I have been using this Dryden pen now for about six weeks and my love for fountain pens has returned! A fountain pen takes a little while to "adjust" to your writing style. The nib effectively gets worn in to the angle that you hold the pen to the paper. I cannot believe how well this pen writes. Especially when the price is considered!! I highly, highly recommend this pen!
