Its a strange combination between getting your head scratched and getting it massaged, but it feels so good! I used it on my boyfriend's back and he said it didn't feel as good as he expected because there wasn't enough pressure. But I used it on arms and calves and that felt nice, not like a deep tissue massage but still a nice and relaxing one. I used Shea butter (you could use any lotion or oil) when using it on skin and that definitely made it glide nicer.
