I have a chihuahua that is a great dog EXCEPT when strangers come over. I got tired of having to put him away when new people came over so I purchased this muzzle. He wasn’t happy to wear it but it was nice to have him hang out with everyone during our cookout, otherwise he would’ve had to have been alone inside. The muzzle turns him into a completely docile little chihuahua that lets everyone pet him. I mean I wish he didn’t have to wear it and he’s only worn it twice but it’s helped him be more social. The thing is also hilarious, every time he turns to the side and really looks like a duck I can’t help but laugh. He doesn’t try to take it off but if your dog will, I don’t know how this thing will hold up, it’s pretty soft but I think that’s what makes it comfortable for them.

When taking the muzzle off, it leaves line marks on him, which really concerns me that it was too tight or it's hurting him. But by all means, buying this really saved my high anxiety of concerns whenever going outside or help calm down a bit from his behavior.

It took a few a trys but after two days of doing over and over again she was mirr than happy to put it on to outside. We have a ton of people ask where we got it. Honestly for the price you cant beat it. We only got it for her so she can pay attention to use the potty when outside instead of breaking at every car that passes by.
