It gives you a tolerable stinging sensation but after a few times you get used to it. It takes seconds to do on a higher setting. I cant believe I finally found a way to remove these nasty things that make me self conscious (huge ones on my neck). I have several under my arms. I cant wait to remove them, although I will have to show my husband how to do it cuz it takes 2 hands. Best invention and money saver ever!

My dermatologist has told me very recently that the specific moles that I removed were nothing to worry about but he did not share my dislike for the appearance of the moles. Clean with alcohol first. Let dry. Removed the moles and then but Polysporin on them twice a day for 10 days. Reduces scaring and prevents infection.

I have delicate and sensitive skin so this worked for me. Be sure to sanitize your skin before using the tool and sanitize the tool after each mole, or else you run the risk of infection.

I had a spot on the side of my forehead. When I got the machine I first tried set it to level 4 (max level 9) with fine needle, the pain is tolerable so I went on tried it on my forehead. It was a bit scary at first as there were sparks and smoke coming out from the area. A scab was formed and came off after 7 days or so, the spot became a few shades lighter than before but not completely gone. I am going to let it heal for a few weeks and try again on the same area and I'm pretty sure it will take it down further.
Also tried on the moles on my arms, it reduced the size by at least 50%.
In conclusion for this price it saves me loads for age spots products which I have tried many in the past but never worked.
