   This is easy to use. I abused this thing when I rented a trailer in the middle of no where. As a single income mom I couldn’t afford a lawn mower so I used this to cut my yard. This is the best weed eater I’ve own thus far. Buy another battery kit to make it even more efficient.

   I had owned an Echo, high-priced gas dual line trimmer. I got tired of mixing gas and oil, yanking the pull cord, trying to figure out the feed system. So I bought this. Charge the batteries, slide them into the head, and you are ready to work, It does a great job trimming, the cartidges are easy to use to feed more line, but where it really excels is the edging using the wheels that attach to the side. The one negative is that the battery life is not too good, about a half hour or so, so buy 2 extra batteries and keep them charged,

   It takes weed whipping and makes it fun again, lol, but seriously this brand is probably one of the best I've owned. Pretty underrated. The battery doesn't last as long as you would think having to have two to function. Overall 5 stars because the electric weed whips are finally able to compete with the gas models. Previous electric one's I've owned just don't cut it (pun intended) ;). I love the auto feed function! Also the unit/batteries the gauged remaining power left is awesome.

   Let me start by saying I've only used troy built gas lawn equipment but my weed eater just died so I had to find a replacement. That being said this weed eater has almost as much power as a gas one! Wasn't sure how I'd like the edger function but I've got to say it's pretty awesome, takes a bit to get used to but it worked great! My wife bought me the corded blower last year so I figured what the heck I'll get the battery powered weed eater. Now im telling myself I'm about to get the worx mower! Do yourself a favor and cut the crazy nose and stinky gas out of the equation! Worx is the only way to go!

   It is a powerful tool. It works well and it is easy to use. The batteries don't last long, less than 30 minutes, but that is ok for me.
   The original spool is the only issue I found. It is weird that they include a poorly winded string with a good quality tool. It doesn't make sense to spoil the reputation of the product because of the string they include with the tool.

   This is a little heavy for me. I’m 5’ tall but no weakling and this is tiring to run for long periods. I thought I was getting two batteries so one could charge while I used the other but it takes both batteries to run it. Run time isn’t so bad if you use it with the trigger half depressed. Full power will run out fast. I like the string advance feature. All in all it does the job.

   I have a 1 acre yard with a lot of beds, and I am able to do just about the entire yard on a single charge. I purchased a couple extra batteries, and the change-out is quick and easy. The dual edging and trimming feature is excellent. The unit is lightweight and easy to use. Great purchase.
