This press is super easy to use and requires very little effort. One click and you have perfectly portioned dough. It is very easy to unscrew the cover to add more dough or to switch design disks and comes apart nicely for easy cleaning. I have made numerous recommendations to friends on this product and will continue. I am very happy with it. The disk storage is a nice bonus and is large enough to store additional disks not included should you purchase the other seasonal sets available.
