I have only used this once so far, but I had great success.. I used the included recipe that uses cream cheese and the cookies turned out great. Follow a previous suggestion of chilling your baking sheets. (It was cold outside, so I put them out there to chill.) Don’t use parchment paper. Have fun with it. Would be fun to do with kids.

As with any cookie shooter you have to get the feel for how much pressure to use. I found that it worked great with one and a quarter pumps. The cookies stayed on the cookie pan (with parchment) unlike what some people said in reviews. I made two quick batches for this years holiday season and it was effortless!
