The recipe itself is delicious, we threw a dash of almond extract as well (wife does the baking I just watch and pretend to help). The cookie press was very easy to use. Better than any other my wife has used. Easy to clean, easy to assemble. Easy to change the disks and the quality that they came out was top notch. The first cookie is the worst one that comes out, but that’s okay because the rest were perfect. See photo.
