I set up the projector to the side of my driveway, about 15 feet from the center of the double garage door where I wanted the image to be. Image worked out to about 2-3 feet high and bright enough. Attached video shows the image with the garage outdoor lights on so you can see the relative size of everything. When I turn off the garage lights, the image obviously looks even brighter.

It shows 4 different projected items that change periodically. One is a Christmas tree, the others are various photos of Santa. It comes with a stake or a base. It shows one pic at a time for a few seconds and then changes it. I love the fact that it comes on and goes off all by itself. The projector part is adjustable so even though mine is staked into the ground, I have it aimed up high in between my 2nd story windows. It's easily seen from the street... I've gotten so many compliments on this. It was well worth the money.
