This is one of the easiest and best Christmas decorations I have ever purchased. One plug, one extension cord and so many variations to make it snow on your home. You can make the snowflakes go faster, slower, blink all from the remote. It has a timer I tested that works 2, 4 or 6 hours. There is no comparison to all the other outdoor decorations I've used it the past. I tied it down with a chain and lock just to make sure no one tries to remove it. The price is very good. The further back you put it from your house, the bigger the snowflakes. Too simple to set up it's amazing. I highly recommend it. Adds that little Christmas spirit to my home without a lot of fuss. I turn off my porch lights when it is on bc it makes the snowflakes show up better. Amazing how it covers your house with one light. If I were younger I would add additional decorations which would make it even better, but past that stage in my life.

The large snow flakes make the overall pattern look too small by comparison, and in my opinion, the whole pattern overall is just a little too busy. Maybe if it was slower I would like it a little more.
I really like that it comes with a flat base stand which makes it easy to use inside if you want to.
It is bright enough that it can project from quite a distance away to make it bigger. The photo and video were taken with the light about 18-20 feet from the side of the house, and it was not completely dark out yet.
I recommend getting at least two if you are planning on getting one. I think any lighting scheme will probably need two of these to balance each other out, or more to cover the whole area.
