   It’s small, but worked and looked great! Totally big enough for what we needed. My 11 year set it up for her birthday party. Took her about five minutes. It was a total hit! People couldn’t get enough. And even though the kids got messy, it was surprising how clean it stayed throughout the night. After taking down for the party, I left it overnight and the chocolate dried. My partner says he just ran it all under hot water until the chocolate melted off then wiped the fountain down. (I’d suggest continuing to run the hot water though as I read elsewhere that it’s probably best not to put it down the drain or it could harden and clog the pipe.)

   So let me just start with this is a very nice party piece or a good idea for date. My girlfriend and I used this one on night on a pretty large variety of snacks and it went absolutely amazing. Worked exactly as it said, wasn’t to loud, and was really easy to assemble/disassemble and clean. Now this is where it gets crazy. My girlfriend decided it was a good idea to use a spoon to cover cashews in chocolate. So she proceeds to place the spoon under the chocolate and to to our surprise one of cashews DROPS into the chocolate catch tray on the machine, TRAVELS into the spiral cute that dispenses the chocolate and LAUNCHES the three domes covered in chocolate into the air. These things were still spinning and flung chocolate EVERYWHERE! Long review short, great purchase just don’t let small items fall in✌🏽😁

   We had a lot of fun with this thing and it made our NYE party at home for quarantine a lot more fun. We melted the chocolate in the microwave and added some coconut oil to make it flow. It was a hit! The kids couldn’t get enough of the chocolate fountain. That being said it does make some noise from the auger movement that moves the chocolate up but we just moved it to the keep warm side so that chocolate stopped flowing but stayed liquid and when the kids wanted more we would turn it back on.

   We bought this for my sons 5 year old party. It was a hit! It's all plastic so it isn't too fancy but it did the trick! We melted the chocolate first (like you are supposed to) then poured it in. We had it running for a few hours. Then I washed it with hot water while the chocolate was still warm and it was an easy clean up! For the price, I'll be happy even if it only lasts for a few more parties.

I researched "tips for using a chocolate fountain" as I had never used one before and learned some helpful tips. I did use chocolate that was made for fountains. Did not require added oil,melted and treated great. This fountain was a hit at the party and was a great deal!!!

For easiest cleanup place the unit inside a disposable baking pan or on top of parchment/wax paper, and place ur fruits, sticks, marshmallows, etc on the paper or inside the pan.    We used this fountain for the first time last night. It was the hit of the party. Everyone loved it. We followed the directions exactly, and the fountain worked perfectly. All you have to do is pre-melt the chocolate before you put it in the machine, and you have to make sure you add the right amount of vegetable oil so that it flows well. We used Ghirardelli chocolate chips. The machine ran constantly for about 4 hours with no problems. Overall it was very easy to clean, except for maybe a couple of small tricky spots, but if we had put that one part in the dishwasher it would have been a breeze.

   We had so much fun using this chocolate fountain. I melted chocolate chips and oil together to thin out the chocolate chips and it worked perfectly. My chocolate sauce (if you will) was the consistency of warm honey. I had read other reviews suggesting to wrap the bottom part with tin foil to aid in clean up and I'm thankful I followed that advise. It is messy and it is a pain to clean, however, it is so impressive on a special occasion to have this chocolate fountain. My only complaint is its loud, similar to having your stove vent on high speed loud. However, for the price the benefit still outweighed the con for me. It was so easy to put together, easy to clean, just time consuming because of the oil and chocolate sauce, just save the box for storage of your machine to use in the future. I can't wait to use it again!
