   When the box was delivered, I gasp? It was tiny but the tiny little chocolate fountain worked great. I researched and made my own chocolate with milk chocolate chips and coconut oil. I melted the mixture in the microwave, added it to the fountain and I didn't have any problems with it. It run for 6 hours through my daughters entire bday party. It is small but for a small party really delivers. Clean-up was what I expected and I did it as soon as I turned the machine off. No problems. Well worth the price I paid for it because I wasn't purchasing for a fancy social.

   This product was perfect for my cousin’s. Birthday party. Easy to assemble. I used wilton’s melting chocolate. It says it Doesn’t require oil but I used a spoonful of coconut oil and it came out. Perfect. My nieces couldn’t. Stay away and it was flowing alll night. It does have a heating feature which helped. I just heated it for 5 seconds and flowed again. Only had to do this once. But also we, shot a confetti bomb so some of it got. In the fondue. So that could’ve been why as well. But yes, I definitely recommend. This product. Follow the directions and you will be fine. Noise is very minimal. When the party is going you don’t even notice.

   A worthwhile investment for a Mom who loves to do parties at home. The kids go wild over the chocolate fountain. I've tried using normal chocolate melts and adding vegetable oil to thin out the consistency. However, the BEST are from the local craft stores that sell chocolate melts specifically designed for fountains and fondue. A much more cost effective option than buying pure Belgian chocolate especially using the 10% coupons. I usually stock up and use the fountain for family gatherings. A great way to get the kids to eat more fruit over the holidays. I will be taking it out again for our neighborhood Birthday party.

   I read all the reviews on multiple fountains. Yes it makes some noise, but not overpowering or loud. We had 6 people using it around a table amd could carry on normal conversation. It doesn't melt the chocolate, so you have to pre-melt it, which I knew going into it. I just used a large bag of chocolate chips and some oil, worked perfectly. Honestly most of the negative reviews are peoples lack of reading the instruction manual. It has levelers on the bottom so make sure it sits level, also to get chocolate to flow evenly preheat it. READ the manual people!! I had zero problems, but then I did my research and read the manual. Cleaning is okay I expected somewhat of a mess but it's not bad. I took a toothbrush to get around the rubber seals in the bottom of the bowl part. Hot soapy water for the rest. It is a ton of fun and we all enjoyed celebrating new years with it!

   Worked fine. I used chocolate chips meant for a fountain machine(no oil needed) and pre-melted it and it was still to thick and it wasn’t working. I was like ahhh! disaster. But I just added oil and it started going fine. So make sure it’s thin enough when you start. Worked for hours.( like 6+) It’s loudish but no louder than anything else with a tiny motor. But I guess in a small area it could be annoying. Although at a kids party it wasn’t the loudest thing there lol. Kids were so into it, was a hit. They thought it was really fancy lol. Super easy to clean. I waited to turn it off I until I was ready to clean it so it wouldn’t cool and harden. Very pleased with this fountain.

   My granddaughter had a large pool party for her 13th birthday. One of the things she wanted was a chocolate fountain. I ordered this one because of the price and reviews. It is small, but it works wonderfully. Now her sister wants it at her 10th birthday. It uses 2 lbs of chocolate and we had to refill it once for the 35 young teens that attended.    It worked great! However it was cold outside and someone left the door open and the chocolate hardened pretty quickly. I had to take the tiers off and put it in the microwave to re-melt the chocolate. But it worked great once again after the chocolate was melted. Cleaning it was easier than expected.. I just poured boiling water over the pieces and the chocolate melted right off into the drain. To clean the metal bottom, I put a little bit of boiling water and wiped the chocolate off with a napkin.. then kept putting more water in until it was completely dissolved. I would buy this again.

   Exactly what we needed! Served approx. 35 teens at a Sweet 16 party - used 2 bags of the Wilton Fondue Chocolate (so no added oil was required, just melt and go). We had some chocolate left over at the end of the night - I'd say I guessed perfectly on the quantity.
