The chocolate and oil used is very important. With trial and error I found a great mix is 11.5oz bag of hersheys milk chocolate chips with 4ish tblspns of canola oil, melted in microwave on 15 or 30s intervals stired until smooth. The store is always out of the "melt" chocolate so this works great instead. Make sure you take care on letting device warm up 5m before use and after adding the smooth melted chocolate to the *bottom!* of the device tray it gets swooped up the middle spinner and cascades it down! Once flowing turn off the motor(not heater!!) for 30s and let air get out before turning it back on and letting the chocolate flow! This advice is in the instructions and helps a lot!
