When I first saw this, I was like "that's way overpriced and a silly idea. I can just carry my child in her carrier, my arms, her stroller, etc.". However, my best friend bought one for an upcoming vacation we were taking together and raved about it. Since it was prime with free returns, I went ahead and ordered it-- fully anticipating returning it. IT IS FABULOUS. We took a 15 month (and a stage 5 clinger...) to Disney for 5 days a few days after getting this and it was a life saver! She can walk but couldn't go the distances needed at Disney to keep up. Plus, when she wants up, this saves my arms from holding all her weight. (And she wants "up" A LOT.) It's also really handy to have extra pockets for my phone right where I can reach them. After our trip, I started keeping this in my car for trips to the grocery store and running random errands. Seriously, this is a brilliant idea and I love it. I wish I had it with my older 2!

I really like this product. My 6mo old son wants to be held ALL THE TIME and this has helped tremendously! It's easy to get off and on and I can even sit down with it on. It's also adjustable so my husband and I can both use it. He loves it btw! My arm and back were exhausted from holding my son all the time but since I've started using this, my neck, back and arms are not so tight and exhausted. I've had it for a week and the only thing that has been an issue us how loud the Velcro is when taking it off. But I just go to a different room or outside if my son is sleeping. The Velcro is essential in keeping the belt in place, therefore keeping my baby safe while in use. From one Momma to another, this item is worth every penny. I usually go with the product that is less expensive but figured this would be one of those "you get what you pay for" items and I believe it is.

The backpack's ride height is adjustable, so it takes a little experimentation to find the height your child will find comfortable, and it takes a little practice getting the child comfortable riding, getting on and getting off. However, once the set up period is over the product makes touring cities and the country side much easier.

Also, the bar slips from where I positioned it, had to tie a knot on the straps but I could not get it quite even. Other than that this thing is great! The additional back support would probably have prevent shoulder and back pain.

I bought this when my little guy was 8 or 9 months old. He didn't being confined in his carrier so I would hold him on this when we went for walks- saved my back and made it easy to pick him up and easily put him down (instead of having to unbuckle and take straps off). My posture still isn't great when I use it (i sort of put my hips forward when they should be in line with my shoulders) but it's much better than it would be otherwise! I like that you can wear this on the side or in the front. If using on the side, make sure your little one is position well so that there leg doesn't get compressed and fall asleep.
