I have been struggling during quarantine because I cannot go to my gym and lift weights. I have used my previous bands and had to try to double wrap them to get good resistance on compound movements like bench and row... BUT THIS... this is heavy... this is perfect. I have not done a full workout w/ it yet b/c I am in class online right now, but I laid down and did a floor press and I couldn't fully lock out it was that heavy. (you can remove the bands though to make it lighter)... I tried rows with my feet in it, and it was amazing!!!! Great squeeze. The main piece is thick enough that it doesnt slip so you have a good base to really use that strength! GREAT PURCHASE!

I enjoy resistance band training. I find it gives my ligaments and joints an incentive to develop without risk of injury and the burn primarily from squeezes and slow movement intensify training. These bands are somewhat long so the resistance begins about half way through the press but they are perfect for deadlifts and other movements that put on unwanted stress to the back and such vulnerable joints.
Highly recommended. Solid quality and good for training.
