   Not sure why anyone would give it a 1 star rating; this works as expected. I was looking for something that would help me maintain my strength while gyms are shut down due to the Covid-19 virus. This seems to be able to do that perfectly. I'd say I'm an intermediate lifter and my 1 rep max for bench press is only 185. I bought the green camo which is supposed to be 150lbs of resistance and I can honestly say that the last inch or so of straightening out my arms are extremely difficult when using this flat on my back. This should be enough resistance for me to build strength too.

   As a lifelong weightlifter who's trying to make due with home workouts, I was pretty skeptical of these, but I decided to give them a try. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. Just for comparison, at the gym I usually do my bench press either with a pair of 100 lb dumbbells or if I'm doing incline barbell bench, I start at 225 lbs and end around 300 lbs. So my concern was that 200 lb resistance bands would be way too easy. And to make a long story short, I was laughably wrong. I've now worked out with these three times and the last workout especially left me more sore than I've been in ages.
   Oh, quick tip: these do take 1 or 2 workouts to get used to, so if you're having trouble, make sure the belt is placed very high on your back (as close to your armpits as possible) and try a wider grip on the bar. Also, if you do need to remove one of the bands, no worries; I timed it and it takes about a minute to remove or reattach a band, but it's very physically easy to do.
   Overall, this is a great piece of equipment and vying to be my new favorite!

   If you're mostly an average guy wanting to buff up a bit and feel good about it without having to go to the gym surrounded by a bunch of people not wearing masks (I didn't like being around a bunch of people before covid anyway) this one tool can cover a lot of ground. The whole system would definitely cover everything you need. And you can buy mix and match bands as well because each one of these bands (for the heaviest resistance) is around 33 extra pounds which is a big jump for certain isolation movements. I'm very pleased with this investment and definitely feel pretty good about what I've been doing. Eventually I'd like to get back to actual weights but I dread going back to the gym so for now these bands it will be!
