My only gripe, are the fiddly magnetic two-pin charging cables and charging. The two trackers charge to 100% but the charge only lasts 24-48hrs, even if just left on desktop after charging. I’ve tried to get the trackers and the chargers replaced (I have a pre-paid 5yr plan), but I think they have given up on replying to my emails. Frustrating.
