Basically it's a false remedy for an actual problem but it DOES work even if those scooters are gangly man piglets. This thing will smooth them down like a baby's butt in 15 minutes -- but it's not really *filing off* THAT MUCH dead skin or whatever so the benefits are relatively short term. I bet if you've already got feet halfway decent this thing is pretty awesome.
