   So I threw out my back a few days ago, and I had a hard time sleeping that night. I figured I had to find something that could help. I came across this pillow and figured I’d give it a try. I was so skeptical when I received the package and pulled it out of the box, but I was willing to give it a try. I am so surprised how much I love this pillow. It’s giving me all the lumbar support and my hips feel aligned. I can lay on my side, back, and even stomach using this pillow. I really wish I had it when I was pregnant! My dad also suffers from chronic back pain, I’m thinking about getting him one of these for Christmas. So additionally, I really love how the pillow comes with a pillow case.    I purchased this product for relief of morning back pain. I am a stomach sleeper, and as I’ve gotten older have noticed more back pain in the mornings. While not a silver bullet, this pillow does seem to relieve a good amount of the pain I had been feeling upon rising. Would definitely recommend to others in my position. Pillow itself is well-made, and the ability to remove one of the two inserts was helpful to me

   I bought this pillow to ease my lower back pain when I sleep on my back. I have a curve in my lower lumbar and there is a space just under my waist that isn’t supported when I lie on my back, which hurts. This pillow however has significantly reduced the pain I feel when I sleep as it gives support to the curve in my spine. The pain I used to feel without this pillow is now non-existent on some mornings. It takes some getting used to though, eg. Knowing exactly where along your spine feels comfortable to place the pillow. Even when turning on my side at night, the pillow offers excellent support.

Granted, there's a little bit of a learning curve as you need to figure out exactly what positioning works best for you.    I love this pillow. It's great for so many thing, but for my purposes, I use it to straighten my back at night (per my chiropractor's instructions). I'm a side sleeper, and I have a curve in my spine, so I needed something to tuck under my rib cage at night so that when I roll over onto my right side, it would support my problem area. The longer shape of this helps it stay grounded and in place, so when I do roll over, it doesn't move too much, and is always about right where I need it.

   Love it! Got it because I lay on my side a lot to breastfeed my son at night. My hips were sore so this helped distribute my weight a little better and I'm not sore anymore! It's the perfect height. My only minor complaint is that it's a little too long, so when I switch sides I have to pull it one way or the other so it's not throwing off my son's alignment.
