I do think that living in a colder climate, adding a little heater will help him, it's already on order. I have plaster walls in my old house so I decided to velcro the back on also for more stability. I also thought the rock that came with it didn't really match my decor but luckily found some fake plastic rock at Petsmart that is light weight and better. So far so good, Bob is a great addition to the family.
