We have only used a handful of times but it seems to work well for us. I have used the thermos portion and daycare confirmed that the food in there stays warm (not necessarily hot but warm). My only complaints are that the opening of the thermos is a bit small and my 3 year old still has a hard time getting food out of it and the box does take up his whole lunch box so fitting additional snacks in there can be a little difficult. Other than that we love it so far and my son is very excited to eat out of it every day!
