High temp works a little faster and provides a very straight hair look. The comb part has just the right amount of grab to it and keeps the heat away from your skin. My older ones weren’t so nice. This size is much better also. Easier to use on beard and if you just comb through it like you would with a regular brush, you end up with a nice straight, longer looking beard. Small enough to use on mustache too. All in all, very pleased with product after several months of use. Case not heat resistant so be careful heating it up and letting it cool down. Would be nice to have a heat resistant pad to place on like another one I have. If you lay a weighted object over handle while heating/cooling, it will keep the head portion up off the counter so as not to burn.

Over the year as it got longer I did some research on how to care and groom my beard better. One thing to use to groom my beard better and straightener that was suggested is a hot straightener brush. This was my first experience with a beard straightener brush. I did not want to come out of the gates with a super expensive one to start and not like it. So I tried a reasonably price one first with decent reviews. The packaging smelled nice when I opened the box. I've used it once so far on a completely dry beard and it did what it says it is supposed to do. It heated up pretty fast and a few minutes of brushing my beard and it got straighter. I plan to continue to work it into my beard care and grooming routine.

This product is great. It heats up quickly, it straightens my hair. It doesn't pull on my hair. I was worried about the heat so close to my skin, but it feels great - like a blanket right out of the dyer. Cord is a great length, and it's super useful that the cord rotates.
If I had to make any changes, I would make it longer, and wider. This would enable it to be used for regular-non-beard-hair better and overall faster at straightening. Also, the tip of the brush isn't as protected from heat as the main part, but that's something that cannot really be helped- every straightener has that issue (according to my wife).
Overall, highly recommend it if you're curious about straightening your hair. The price makes it a good buy-in so you can try it out.

My beard gets knots, usually when I wake up, and this little straightener got them out with ease.
Has 3 settings so try out which works for you but mine was best at the highest setting.
Takes me 5 mins to tame my beard in the morning while it would've taken me 20 minutes with blow dryer.
It doesn't add any curl because it's not a curler. If you want a slight curve at the bottom of your beard, use from inward and curl down with a damp beard.
Works well.
Very surprised to see at this cost.

It's hot enough to straighten the beard if you comb through it slowly, but it does not burn his face. His beard looks cleaner with his hair evenly combed down. This straightener worked well at the first heat setting for him, we have not tried the higher setting. We used it without any products the first time, and with a heat-protectant spray the second time. Both had good looking results.Only complaint is that the instructions informed us to start at the highest heat level (???) then go lower if it’s too much? Also instructed us to use hairspray before (???) using the product. As someone who’s been straightening and curling her hair for years, those two steps are the worrrrst for your hair health. I was there to inform my boyfriend not to do those steps, but had I not been he would had fried up his beard.
