Use of this Ultimate Vent Sleep System is recommended for back sleeping position only.

My only problem is when she spits up at night and it gets on the very soft memory foam after I clean it with a warm rag the fabric its never as soft on those spots. Edit I decided to wash with cold water in washing machine and let air dry. It is back to perfection. I love this product
