I was looking for an easy way to make good crepes. It took a few tries to figure out how to quickly tap the machine into the dough and flip it over. If you leave it too long the dough in the plate starts to cook and clump. It also took me a few tries to get it even across the surface of the machine. But once I got it figured out we were good to go. Very easy to use. Heats up quickly. Makes thin, even crepes. And a quick wipe down after the machine cools makes it easy to clean. We use it often and the kids have started using it too.
