Nice set and durable cups. I use the massager in the shower and the cupping afterwards with some oil. I use the cups on my legs and calves. It hurt some at first, but doesn't anymore. I don't have a lot of cellulite. I am thin but was a little self conscious about it. This definitely worked. It took about 4 weeks for me to see full results. I use them every day for just a few minutes. My legs are much smoother. Hardly any cellulite in the front of my legs. Just a little in the back but still working on that area as I started in the front of my legs to begin with. Great product that does so much for a little price!

The cups are perfect in size and good quality. A noticed a lot of comments stating they experience pain. While the first use takes some time to figure out the right pressure if you use enough oil you should feel any pain. I have been using these for 4 days and can already see a difference in my legs and around a surgical scar on my stomach. I was not expecting the results on my scar, but that alone makes these products worth it for me. I can't wait for a couple weeks to see how much my cellulite changes. Hope for shorts this summer!! I sis not think I would find an affordable option for my cellulite, these products are prayers answered.

I tried this and I see the difference with only 3 times of using it! It is painful if you use it with deeper suction and only uncomfortable if you use it with light pressure. However, I notice if you do it with deeper suction it works more. I have notice a difference and I'm a believer now. My mother has water retention problems so she easily gets the appearance of cellulite in her arms because of it. We tried it on her and it reduce the appearance of celluite on her arms instantly!!! Plus it works great on sore muscles as well!! It's literally multifunctional. Also, I notice that some users said it works but if you stop using it you get the cellulite back... This hasn't happen to me although I took a break from it. It probably has to do with how deep your cellulite is, perhaps??? Nonetheless I recommend!!!

You can change the amount of suction pressure by how much you squeeze it before placing it on your skin. I'm not really sure of the proper way to do it, but I start with the large one and go over my legs and arms a few times and then go over it again with the smaller one. I finish with the massage pad, which is also excellent to use in the shower!
